I opted for the service with MochaHost around 15 days back. Though it is too early to review the service I found no issue so far in terms of service and configuration. You would always require support and service with your host wh en you purchase hosting. This is the crucial time when you require to perform a lot of configuration with your hosting account. I also required to configure my account and experienced some issues, which were rectified. I wanted to set up SSL + DNS. They do not provide free IP address with an account, which is the downside. This turned to be a problem for my client website. After changing nameserver, the Google email services to some website went down. The support team helped in configuring the DNS records. I have found that support team provides support with attitude, which is a flaw. The support should be delivered with gratitude.

It is my 3rd year with mochahost. I have been using shared hosting plan. And this year I have decided to leave them. It was good earlier but now this is one of the WORST hosting service. The uptime is so bad. I have 3 site there and last month all of sudden the hosted sites just vanished. And they couldn't do anything. I had some backup though but It was not up to date. This is one of my site mytutorialguru.com. They offered me 3 months free extension after the billing cycle, which is just a big JOKE to me. I am definitely leaving them.

Has the features I need (and more) at great price
Where to start? I instantly ran into a "problem", but tech team sorted me out. (It was my error as I'd uploaded the files in Windows DOS rather than Unix!) So far, I've used support about four times, and each time they have responded within the hour, I then installed a SSL layer via "Let's Encypt" - which is included on their cPanel. Other hosts will say you need to purchase an IP address, or sell you a Certificate - but it's all included here. Plus, although not used yet, they also allow you to send out emails via your account. Some hosts allow this, but restrict you to about 5 emails a minute. No such restrictions here! Wordpress: You normally have to install a back up feature. Not here. It's done automatically via their Wordpress optimised service (free) All this for a fantastic price, (my last host offered less, and was over $120 a year!) I like 'em so much, once I get my act together, I'm gonna jump on their affiliate program. I like you a lot, guys!

worse resale company internet tramp services, had a VPS service in this house fund company and in December 2015 the IRRESPONSIBLE this damn and shit company lost all the data of my clients to exclude my VPS account without any reason.

Big Mistake, learn from me!
Talk about a careless and unprofessional staff. These MochaHost reviews are spot on. They are bad. Here are the problems I have had.

1. Never reboot servers. Only stop the service.

2. Live chat is bad. Can not answer anything. Just get canned answers. Everything goes to support ticket.

3. Support tickets take 12 hours. Then go back and forth. I do this 5-10 times. For everything!

4. Very quick to ban service. Had my account banned 6 times in 2 months.

MochaHost is a BIG mistake. Do not use them.
